To minimize health and safety risks to our students, faculty, and staff due to COVID-19 concerns, the Nancy H. Marcus Great Hall is closed until further notice.

- At this time, we are not rescheduling or accepting reservation requests.
At this time, only nationally-recognized honors societies affiliated with Florida State University are eligible to reserve the Nancy H. Marcus Great Hall. Other student organizations may not request to use the space. Only special events, such as entry or induction ceremonies, will be approved. The person making the request must be an FSU faculty or staff member who is not currently a student.

All events must support and enhance the mission of the Honors, Scholars, and Fellows House, which may be found here.
We do not currently have the resources to hold or host programs or conferences for offices and agencies outside of the Honors, Scholars, and Fellows House. Please consult with another facility on campus to serve your needs.
Completing the request form is not a guarantee of a successful reservation. Do not advertise your event until the request has been approved. Each request will undergo a review process with senior staff at our bi-monthly administrative meetings. Room requests may require up to one month for confirmation. Please submit your request at least 30 days in advance of the proposed event. Approval is contingent upon many factors: eligibility, availability, and staffing during the requested hours. Events scheduled more than three months away may be tentatively approved. You will need to make a second request when the event is closer to the start date.
Please note that we do not permit events on Friday evenings or weekends. Evening events during the week are difficult to accommodate. Please review the External Reservation Protocol prior to submitting the Room Reservation Form.
